"Purchased 3 salon cutting stools..."
I got 3 cutting stools for my salon, and honestly, I was a bit doubtful at first, but I ended up being really pleased. The quality is fantastic, the price is just right, and the delivery was spot on. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

"Defective, can't use it"
It was inexpensive, so I didn’t have high hopes, but it arrived with strings that couldn’t be tightened right because of broken tuning pegs. I just wanted to use it to motivate my daughter to practice her own. Didn’t even manage to do that. I'm requesting a refund.

"No Response for My Return Request"
I’ve sent 6 emails about a return and still haven’t heard back. If I could give some advice, I’d say steer clear of this company. I’m really mad—there’s no address listed on the website or a phone number, just an email. They claim you have 30 days to return stuff, but good luck with that since they don’t reply to emails!

I got this as a gift and it really impressed me. Once I put it together, it added so much vibrancy to the garden. Putting it together can be a bit tricky since it arrives in squares. I ended up getting 2 rolls to ensure I had plenty, and it covers well too! 😬

"Caution with this business"
Caution with this business - I got my order, but now I'm trying to send it back and can't get a response from the email they gave for returns (it's been a week already). Just a heads up, the website has hardly any contact info (only an email) and no returns address listed. Plus, I didn’t get any paperwork with my order. They flaunt those 5-star Trustpilot reviews on their site, but there are only 7 reviews total, and they all look pretty fresh, so I’m guessing this is a brand new operation.
